The spa was wonderful! the breakfast was great. Check-in and check-out were also smooth. the building has really good charm with beautifully renovated historic details.
the towel hooks in the bathroom were annoying. the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

The indoor pool and saunas were amazing. I enjoyed them thoroughly. Breakfast offered a huge variety. I found the food to be of good quality. I appreciated how clean the premises were.

The spa area features a nice pool and loungers (very relaxing).
I was surprised that the hotel gets such good reviews. The room smelled of sewage, and I noticed water marks in the toilet area that suggested it had not been fully cleaned for a while. The coffee machine also lacked milk or tea options.

passive aggressive receptionistcomplicated lights
i was surprised by the service i received. i couldn't find a hairdryer when i arrived. reception was passive aggressive when i mentioned it the next morning, it was not pleasant. also, the coffee machine had no milk. the lights were hard to figure out with all the switches.

I enjoyed the cigar lounge. It was a great amenity for cigar smokers. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was accommodating. The restaurant on the -2 floor was Really good.
I found the service to be lacking. At breakfast, it seemed no one was around to take my coffee order. The staff members were standing together talking. The fitness center had few weights and only one bench.

The wooden furnishings throughout the hotel caught my attention. I appreciated the cigar lounge because I enjoy cigars. The pool was quite inviting.
I had some issues with noise from the corridors. It made getting a full night's sleep difficult without earplugs. some of the light switches in the room were a little hard to figure out.

The building has an iconic pre-war concrete architecture. Interiors reflect the heritage with design. The swimming pool is fine and adds to the experience. The 6th-floor restaurant is like a chef's table experience with its open kitchen.
The reception did not have my reservation upon arrival. I noted an unfriendly and arrogant attitude from the young lady. At breakfast, the staff seemed untrained. They also could not communicate well. I felt disappointed by these issues.
